Why Think ThreeSixty?
“ Think ThreeSixty emerged from a passion for technology, innovation, creating connection, and a love for strategically leading teams that build together to achieve success through true collaboration."
Liverpool FC, Manchester United, Adidas, Premier League, Stats Perform, EA Sports, TikTok, Douyin, Konami Japan, Fanatics Int., DXC, HCL Technologies, JISC, PWC are just some of the organisations I've been fortunate to work with or for. Building brand partnerships, esports teams, launching apps, websites, and kits to global audiences, to leading business critical change and digital transformation initiatives.
Pace, People and Processes: The world is moving faster than ever with teams, organisations and technology evolving at different stages.
Attention to detail, a multi-faceted, connected systems thinking approach to leadership, change management, problem framing and solution design has both a direct and positive impact on risk management, efficiency and the results that deliver real business value.
Building Successful High Performing Teams: With decades of experience gained through leadership roles across a range of sectors and disciplines, I’ve learned a lot about designing effective, inclusive strategies that translate to team and organisational success.
From small projects that deliver big impact, to deep dive data and AI readiness assessments, defining and delivering global omni-channel customer/fan experiences to drive reach and revenue, and enabling brands to scale - unifying people around a shared vision is at the heart of creating change successfully.
Delivering at Scale: All aspects of the transformation programmes I’ve led and delivered with teams at scale, have required agility to shift with the operating context, the development of adaptive frameworks that leverage best practice from a variety of disciplines.
Build Better with The Future in Mind: Think ThreeSixty provides flexible options for organisations and brands to leverage knowledge and expertise.
Connected, premium customer experiences start with strategic vision and choosing the right products and vendors. Building scalable solutions, requires sustainable momentum and optimal team performance to achieve success.”
Let’s connect and build great experiences together.

Global Sports Technology, Marketing, Retail & Media Operations
From global kit launches, esports tournaments, websites and app product management, ticketing and retail, to technical innovation, media operations and digital transformation initiatives - these experiences have shaped Sam’s knowledge and experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams both locally and internationally.
Innovation, Delivery Excellence & Digital Software Development
Alongside managing complex projects, commercial partnerships and vendors, her senior leadership expertise and commitment to delivery excellence continued to build whilst working for a New York based global IT services firm focussing on AI, data governance, alliances, process improvement, brand positioning and new business development.
Sam crafted her software development program management and digital campaign expertise at a leading Manchester based Digital Agency, learning from some of the best in the business when it came to creative and innovative web design and build, UX optimisation, digital campaign management and SEO.
Marketing, Data Systems & Education
Within Higher Education and JISC funded projects, Sam’s focus was on destination and experiential marketing, digital content creation, information systems management, PR and events to drive national and international recruitment/customer acquisition amongst 17-25 years olds within an increasingly competitive local global marketplace.
Place Making, Economic Regeneration & Inward Investment
The earlier parts of her career focussed on community outreach and reducing health inequality through pilot projects, driving consumer protection initiatives, economic regeneration and inward investment to support the relocation of government departments as part of the Gershon Efficiency Agenda. Success followed by attracting commercial development, connecting communities, and collaborating with health and education providers to increase the profile of the West Midlands region as a place to invest and do business.
