MARKETING: HOW TO MANAGE THE MESSAGES WE SEND TO YOU
Firstly, we do not provide your personal information to any other business for marketing purposes.
We will only send you communications in response to enquires or associated business services you have requested or contacted us about.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We will retain information for up to three years since the last point/period of communication, after such point we will deem you as an inactive client/prospective client.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
We protect your personal data against unauthorised access, unlawful use, accidental loss, corruption or destruction.
Our suppliers Squarespace have technical measures in place to protect your information so in order to keep your account secure. Within Think ThreeSixty we limit who can access our systems and keep our security and policies under review.
WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
Squarespace and Google (powers website hosting, data capture, cookie management and document storage).
Email systems and WhatsApp if provided.
Zoom (livestream platform) /Google Hangouts / Microsoft Teams for virtual calls and meetings.

We use cookies on our website in order enhance your online experience on our site and purposes such as reporting and improving our website.
Sharing information outside the UK
Where necessary, our data processors Squarespace, may share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

We do not use automated decision making, so that is not something that our clients need to opt-out, or, in from.
